Privacy Policy

The short version

• We sell a software licence. We do not run your bot for you.
• The software runs on your machine. It never sends us your wallet, trades, or key.
• We only learn what the licence itself requires you to share (your email and a machine fingerprint) and what you choose to opt into (aggregate telemetry).

What we collect

• Email address — required for your licence key and for contacting you about it.
• Discord handle — required for paper applicants, since it is our support channel.
• A machine fingerprint, associated with your licence key, bind at first activation so the licence is tied to one machine.
• Your answers to the paper licence application: your intended use, and whether you are willing to give feedback.
• IP address, recorded in our access and audit logs when you validate your licence or submit an application.

Two things on the list below are opt-in or not yet in place: a payment processor customer ID (there is no payment processor integrated today), and telemetry. The software ships with telemetryoff by default. If you turn it on it reports aggregate counters — trade count, fills, rebalances and uptime — never balances, PnL, private keys or wallet addresses. The subscription model has no addons, so there is nothing extra to enable or sell. Turn telemetry off and nothing leaves the machine except licence validation.

What we never collect

• Private keys
• Seed phrases or mnemonics
• Keypair files (the customer build keeps these on your machine only)
• Wallet passwords
• Your wallet address, trade log, or balances — unless you opt in to telemetry
• Anything that lets us sign a transaction on your behalf

AngelSolBot is non-custodial. Your private key stays on your own machine, inside a sign-only daemon you run. We have no ability to access your funds and we cannot sign for you.

To be precise about the split, because it is easy to misread: the software is installed on your machine and it decides when to trade. The key never leaves it. When the software wants to trade, it asks your local signer to approve a specific transaction. If your signer is unreachable, the engine stops rather than proceeding by any other route. We never receive the key, and we never store a copy of it.

How we use it

• To issue and validate your licence, show what tier you are entitled to, and deliver updates
• To provide support, including diagnosing problems you report
• To send you service notifications (licence expiry, invalidity, payment)
• To process payments and manage your subscription, once that exists
• To improve the engine, using aggregate information only, and only for those who opt in

What we share

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. We do use service providers who necessarily see some of it, and you should know who:

• Licence validation server operator (we operate it)
• Email providers, if and when we send you mail
• Market data and blockchain RPC providers, which receive the queries your price feed needs but nothing about you
• Payment processors, once payments exist

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to delete your account, or object to how we use it. Emailcontact@angelindustries.xyzand we will action it. We keep account data while your account is active, and trade logs for as long as we need them to support you or settle a dispute about them. Deleting your account does not delete a trade record we are legally required to retain.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics, no tracking pixels and no third-party advertising scripts. It does load two web fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see your IP address and browser when the page loads. We have left that in place rather than self-host the fonts; if you would rather we did not, say so and we will change it.

The software itself sets no cookies. There is no customer dashboard, so there is no session cookie and no customer login.

Security

Licence keys are stored hashed, never in plain text. Fingerprints are stored alongside a licence for the sole purpose of binding it to one machine. Access and administrative actions on the licence server are written to an audit log. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim ours is.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects your rights, we will email you before the change takes effect. If you have an account, continued use of the service does not by itself count as accepting a new policy.
