Terms of Service

By accessing angelindustries.xyz or using AngelSolBot, you agree to these terms.

What this is. AngelSolBot is self-run software, sold under a monthly licence. The customer build runs on your own machine or VPS; we do not host it and we do not run it for you. The engine's own results are currently negative and are published on therisk disclosure page. Paid licences do not exist yet — pricing is published, but no payment path is built and nothing is for sale.

Software licence. You receive a key that entitles one machine to run the software under a monthly subscription. Each 30-day term renews on confirmed payment; there is no setup fee and no minimum commit — you can cancel anytime by letting a term lapse. The licence is tied to that machine by a fingerprint recorded at first activation. It does not transfer silently; a machine change requires approval. A valid licence is required to open new trades.

Pricing. Monthly prices are published on the pricing page (Basic $9, Pro $19, Full $39). Founding Members receive 10% off the monthly price forever and their first month free. Crypto payments receive a 10–15% discount on that billing cycle. Referrals earn 2, 4 or 8 free months of subscription credit by tier referred, applied as credit against a bill — never cash and never profit-sharing. Prices may change for future terms; a change never applies to a term already paid.

Licence expiry. When a licence expires, the software stops opening new positions and continues managing any open positions. It does not sell your holdings. A short grace period applies if we are unreachable; you keep your wallet either way. Paper licences last 60 days or until you upgrade to a paid tier.

Non-custodial. Angel Industries never holds, controls, or has access to customer funds, wallets, or private keys, and cannot sign transactions on your behalf. Your key stays on your own machine inside a signer you run, which must approve each transaction. If that signer is unavailable, the engine does not trade. All funds remain in your wallet at all times.

No financial advice. Nothing on this site or in any related communication constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

No profit guarantees. Trading cryptocurrency involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance, including paper trading results, does not indicate future results. The current figures are negative, and the strategy's expected edge is close to or below the cost of executing it.

Execution risk. The customer build does not include MEV modules. It ships with priority-fee and Jito-tip settings at zero by default, so fills are not protected against front-running. Fills may land worse than the quoted price, and on a volatile token that gap can exceed the edge the strategy is seeking.

No refunds. All licence fees are final and non-refundable once paid tiers open.

Customer responsibility. You are solely responsible for the security of your machine, your signer, your wallet and your keys, for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction, and for every trading decision the engine makes on your behalf. You authorise those trades by running a signer that approves them.

No guarantee of availability. Angel Industries does not guarantee that the software, the licence server, or any service provider will be continuously available. The software runs on your machine, so downtime is largely your responsibility. We do not offer a service level agreement nor an uptime figure for the licence server.

Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Angel Industries is not liable for trading losses, missed trades, failed transactions, lost profits, or other damages arising from use of the software. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

No warranty. The software is provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. It is experimental software running a strategy that has not demonstrated a positive net return.

Changes. These terms may change. If a change affects your rights we will email you before it takes effect; continued use of the software does not by itself count as acceptance.

Governing law. TODO — governing law, jurisdiction and venue are not yet set. This must be filled in, along with the legal entity name and registration details, before paid tiers open. A terms page for a paid product without them is incomplete.
